Understand the context
We map your service, audience, documentation, and the channels where your assistant needs to work.
SKOPEX / APPLIED AI
AI agents shaped around your work. From the first customer conversation to the systems behind it, we design the software, connections, and human checkpoints that make automation useful.

Business context + defined actions
Identify the service, language, and details the customer needs.
Explore the planned workflow. No message is sent and no system is connected in this example.
AI AGENTS / BUILT AROUND YOUR WORK
Start with a real task. Explore the agents we can configure and build around your knowledge, your systems and your team.
Answers with context. A clear path to a person.
AN EXAMPLE IN PRACTICE
A customer asks about an order. The agent consults approved information, checks the permitted order data and prepares a response or a handoff with context.
Begin with one workflow, validate it with your team and extend the system when the foundations are ready.
CUSTOM BOTS & ASSISTANTS
From customer service to internal operations. We build text and voice assistants connected to your context, your systems, and the way you work.
Answers grounded in your documentation, request triage, and handoffs that give your team the context they need.
A PRODUCT IN OUR ECOSYSTEM
AI employees for Brazilian and Latino businesses in the U.S., serving customers in English with oversight in Portuguese or Spanish. The same expertise can create an assistant tailored to your service.
HOW YOUR ASSISTANT TAKES SHAPE
We map your service, audience, documentation, and the channels where your assistant needs to work.
We choose integrations, responsibilities, and boundaries. Sensitive decisions stay with the right people.
We test real scenarios, refine responses, and define how to monitor quality and costs.
CONNECTED TO YOUR OPERATION
Build around the tools your team already uses. We design the connections that turn a conversation into a useful next step.
An assistant can prepare a qualified lead summary and a follow-up task. Record updates and outreach follow the permissions agreed for the project.
Scope text and voice journeys around your service, with escalation for exceptions. Channel approval, messaging rules and provider charges apply.
Connect selected documents, calendars or work tools with scoped permissions. The assistant uses the sources and access rules defined with your team.
Build a connector for a suitable API or integration interface. Sensitive actions can require a person to approve them before the system is changed.
Integration availability depends on API access, vendor terms, account permissions and the agreed scope. Third-party names identify compatible integration targets; they do not imply a partnership.
DESIGNED WITH CLEAR LIMITS
A useful agent needs a defined role. We agree on the controls, review points and success measures before implementation.
Define which sources an agent may read, which actions it may propose and which systems it may update.
Set review and escalation rules for sensitive actions, exceptions and decisions that belong with your people.
Specify the events to log, data to retain and access to those records as part of the solution design.
Agree on test scenarios, quality checks, usage measures and operating cost visibility for your use case.
Controls are designed and implemented according to each project’s scope, data requirements and chosen providers.
THREE WAYS TO BUILD WITH SKOPEX
Start with a focused workflow, build a distinctive product, or give your solution an ongoing technical team.
01 / CONFIGURE
Configure approved platforms, connect knowledge and design a workflow around your team.
Suitable for a defined use case with existing tools and licensed services.
Scope an implementation02 / BUILD
Develop custom software, web experiences, apps and agents around your process and business logic.
Deliverables, source-code ownership and third-party licenses are documented in the agreement.
Plan a custom build03 / OPERATE
Plan technical maintenance, quality reviews, integration support and a prioritized improvement roadmap.
Support coverage, service levels, provider costs and responsibilities are agreed separately.
Explore managed operationsImplementation and management can include third-party software. Resale or white-label delivery is offered only when the supplier expressly authorizes it; commercial terms are confirmed in the proposal.
BEFORE WE BUILD
Yes. Start with a specific task, the people involved and the tools it touches. We define the integration requirements, acceptance criteria and a realistic first delivery before expanding.
Scope, integrations, data preparation and the level of ongoing support determine implementation costs. Model usage, voice, messaging, hosting and third-party licenses may create recurring costs. These items are identified in the proposal; custom software does not eliminate infrastructure or provider costs.
Ownership and usage rights are documented in the agreement. A custom solution may combine original code with licensed platforms or open-source components. We identify those dependencies, define access to your data and agree on handover and continuity before work begins.
We can design approval, escalation and interruption rules for the actions in scope. The available controls depend on the selected tools and integrations. We agree on which decisions require human approval and test those boundaries before launch.
